Our short-range plan has been posted on the Troop Calendar (outings now through December).

Our service calendar includes:

• September 17: Depot Days, Parking cars for the Kiwanis Club, Hartselle for the Depot Days 10K race at Quail Creek Golf/Country Club.
• October: Trash pickup along Hwy 36 starting at I-65 going west about 1 mile.  Date TBD.
• April: Trash pickup for Earth Day.  Date and location TBD.

Our long-range outdoor plan (next 6-9 months) include:

• January: Sipsey Hike
• February: Mt Cheaha (Cheaha State Park, AL)
• March: Geocaching (Oak Mountain State Park)
• April: Spring Camporee (Camp Westmoreland)
• May: Fishing Trip (likely Longleaf Camp, Georgiana, AL)
• June: Philmont High Adventure Trip (Cimarron, NM)
• July: Summer Camp (Location TBD)
• There will likely be other hiking related outings as the Philmont Crew prepares for their upcoming Philmont adventure.

Dates for these outings will be determined in the coming months as other priorities, goals and objectives of the Troop are identified.
